Chris Matthews: Rand Paul Will Win 2016 GOP Primary
CHRIS MATTHEWS: The winner will be Rand Paul.
JOHN McLAUGHLIN: Is that it?
MATTHEWS: That's my entire thought. Rand Paul will win the whole thing because he can win Iowa, New Hampshire, he can win South Carolina, and he's the only candidate you listed there that can win all three.
McLAUGHLIN: What does Vegas say?
MATTHEWS: I don't think they have a book on this yet. There's no sportsbook on this yet.
