Biden: Abused Women Fear Getting "Raped Again By The System"
At a fundraiser for the Volunteer Lawyers Project, Vice President Biden spoke about violence against women, explaining why some women who are abused do not report that abuse to the authorities.
"Why do you think women who get raped, so many don’t report it? They don’t want to get raped again by the system. They don’t want to be put through what they had to be put through," Biden said.
