Walter: 2014 Dems Very Nervous About Implementation Of ObamaCare
AMY WALTER, COOK POLITICAL REPORTER: So we talked about guns, we talked about immigration. Here's an issue we haven't talked a lot about: health care. The exchanges open in October and we're going to start seeing it kick in January of 2014. Talked to a lot of democrats this week, especially those who are involved with campaigns who are very nervous about another 2010-type election with health reform care kicking in.
CHRIS MATTHEWS: It'll be cumbersome?
WALTER: Could be problematic in how it actually rolls out. Are people more upset than they were?
