Dem Rep. Schakowsky: Ryan Budget "Dead On Arrival"

Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill.) says that the Ryan budget is "really a crazy budget." She jokes about this being March madness for the budget in terms of insanity and not a fun sort of madness. Rep. Schakowsky says. "(the Ryan Budget) is dead on arrival." Stephanie adds that the entire document is "fictional."
